Agnès Vince

Agnès Vince is Director, Deputy Director General of Heritage, in charge of architecture. Trained as an architect, she practiced professionally between 1980 and 1987, and wrote from 1983 to 1990 for magazines such as Moniteur des Travaux publics et du bâtiment, L'Architecture d'aujourd'hui and AMC. She holds a DEA in History and Civilization and a Masters in Public Management from the École Nationale Supérieure des Ponts et Chaussées, and is a State Architect and Town Planner. Since 1991, she has been successively head of the Bureau des enseignements at the Direction de l'architecture, then deputy director of planning professions at the Direction générale de l'urbanisme, de l'habitat et de la construction of the Ministère de l'Écologie, and finally deputy director of littoral and marine environments at the Ministère de l'Écologie du Développement durable et de l'Énergie.
