Abstract
Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, major health inequalities have been highlighted in many countries. People on low incomes and belonging to ethno-racial minorities are the hardest hit by the pandemic. Based on an analysis of data from a major socio-epidemiological survey carried out in France, this session will focus on the importance of living and working conditions in explaining the spread of the virus. It will question the effectiveness of the prevention policies put in place, which have been effective in curbing the spread of the virus, but which have contributed to accentuating inequalities.
