Abstract

The lecture on "The ACP-EU partnership in the face of global challenges" will highlight the continuity and discontinuity of a partnership between the African, Caribbean and Pacific States and the European Union (ACP-EU) in the field of public health, in the light of the assistance programs set up under the European Development Fund. It will examine the relevance of this all-ACP assistance to determine whether it represents a viable complement to domestic public health efforts initiated by countries in the ACP region.
