Abstract
Alongside the proclamation of Europe in the setting in motion of political dramaturgy, the particularity of this continent can be defined by a continuum of learning that encompasses the entire period from the late Middle Ages to the present day. Beginning with late scholasticism, Europe gradually acquired the qualities of an educational experiment that marked an era and, from the seventeenth century onwards, was transformedinto a process of permanent inventory, a process that took on institutional form with the Academies (after Leibniz) and the great polytechnics (Paris, Karlsruhe, etc.). There's something of a " secret " in the evolution of cognitive and technical developments on this continent, and it can be found above all in the processual logic of positivefeedback, or better : systemic dynamics that amplify themselves .
