Abstract
In this third lecture, after a brief review of the concepts of stem cells and reprogramming (embryonic stem cells ES and induced pluripotent stem cells iPS), an overview is given of human organoids, existing possibilities and their potential use for clinical approaches. This is followed by a first detailed example of recent literature. It concerns the production, control and future clinical use of intestinal organoids :
- eS and iPS cell derivation ;
- human organoids, retinas ;
- human organoids and organs ;
- therapeutic potential, advantages, limitations ;
- intestinal organoids, crypt organization ;
