Presentation

In its spacious premises, the library offers a wide range of open-access journals, online resources and almost 80 000 documents. Its collections include works written by past and present teachers, publications dedicated to them, and recommended bibliographies for their lectures. In addition, it preserves and enriches an older collection, which can be consulted by appointment.

The reading rooms offer 58 seats and 6 carrels. They are equipped with wifi and computer workstations giving access to catalogs and online resources.

The library also has a sales point for publications edited by the Collège de France (opening lectures, closing lectures, exhibition catalogs, etc.).

Hosted public

The library is open to the general public, and in particular to researchers and lecture visitors, with research justification.
