The Archives Department preserves documents that bear witness to the history of the Collège de France. Scientific archives illustrating the work and experiments of the institution's professors and laboratories, posters and registers recording lectures, photographs, objects, recordings and more. the archives of the Collège de France reveal the different facets of the institution from its creation in the 16th century to the present day. Donations of old and contemporary documents are regularly added to the collection, which is then processed by the team of archivists and made available to you in the reading room.
