Abstract
Before lawyers can answer these questions, they need to identify the legal issues raised by the use of artificial intelligence in medical imaging. Should patients be informed and give their consent? What rights do they have to their data (use, storage, deletion)? Who is liable for any damage resulting from the use of such data?
