After a career as a Fonds de la recherche scientifique researcher at the University of Liège, Vinciane Pirenne-Delforge became a Professor at the Collège de France in 2017. There, she holds the chair entitled "Religion, History and Society in the Ancient Greek World". Her research focuses on the workings of Greek polytheism, both the representation of the divine and the practices attested by epigraphic ritual prescriptions, as well as on the historiography of religions. She directs the journal Kernos(https://journals.openedition.org/kernos/) and the Collection of Greek Ritual Norms project(http://cgrn.ulg.ac.be).

Francis Prost is a French historian and archaeologist, and has been Professor of Classical Archaeology at the University of Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne since 2009 and chargé de mission at the French Directorate General for Research and Innovation (DGRI) since 2015. An alumnus of the ENS (1988), he holds an agrégation in Classics and is a former member of the École française d'Athènes (1994-1998). Francis Prost successively held the positions of lecturer in Greek history at the University of Rennes II (1998-2003), then at the ENS (2003-2009). In 2009, he was appointed Professor of Classical Archaeology at the University of Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne. Since 2018, he has been a member of the board of UFR 03 (Paris 1-Panthéon Sorbonne). A member of the editorial board of the online journal Cahiers Mondes anciens and of the editorial board of the journal Anatolia Antiqua (Turkey), he is the author of 47 articles and 8 scientific books.
