Generating biodiversity : what do we know about the nature and origin of life ? Why are there so many species on earth ?

This lecture will be devoted to the study of the processes of diversification of living organisms, from the origin of life to the most recent species formations. In particular, we'll be looking at the great enigmas that remain to be solved on these issues.
