Day organized by the French Ministry of Education and the Experimental Cognitive Psychology Chair at the Collège de France. While research is increasingly focusing on the understanding of cognitive mechanisms as an essential lever for improving teaching, it seems necessary to transpose some of these results into the field of teaching. Knowledge of students' psychological and cognitive functioning is fundamental for teachers, enabling them to adapt their teaching and create optimal conditions for learning. It is therefore crucial that teacher training integrate this dimension. The aim of this seminar is to take stock of the scientific studies carried out on cognitive science in relation to education, to publicize them, and to enable everyone to take ownership of these issues.
