The seminar " The Place of Dmanisi in Human Evolution " presented by G. Philip Rightmire (Harvard University, Cambridge MA) analyzed hominin fossils from the Dmanisi site in Georgia and highlighted the importance of this deposit for understanding the variability ofHomo erectus.
