Abstract

Diaspora literature was born in these years. First in French, in Africa, Canada and France, then in English and Spanish with the second and third generations. This raises the question of what national literature means today in the light of migration, a major phenomenon of recent decades. Are nations still what they used to be, and have languages ceased to have a single flag ?
