This colloquium, in English, brings together researchers who explore the limits of the concept of fiction, or the limits of fiction itself. Topics include the distinction between fiction and non-fiction, the difference between believing and conceiving, the fictional attitude, the periphery of fiction, imaginative resistance, inaccuracies in fiction, the paradox of fiction, and other related issues.
It will be held at the Collège de France on November 28 and 29, 2024.
