Conference in English.
Nutrition is now recognized as one of the main modifiable determinants of chronic disease risk. This scientific symposium will bring together internationally recognized researchers and stakeholders in the field of public health nutrition, with complementary expertise in epidemiology, interventional research, experimental sciences, anthropology, health economics and social marketing. It will combine lectures and a round table to draw an innovative vision of the current and future challenges in terms of fundamental and applied research, surveillance, and translation into efficient public health policies to improve nutritional prevention of chronic diseases, to reduce dietary-related social inequalities and to maximise co-benefits for human and planetary health.
