Abstract
The recent craze for walking and reclaiming natural spaces in the city has often resulted in the introduction of a multiplicity of mobilities known as " douces ", sometimes in conflict with each other, which are changing the shape, perceptions and uses of public space. This puts public space (QSJ- 2001) back at the center of the debate, as a space for relationships and a place for projects. How will public thoroughfares evolve ? What appropriations ? What perceptions ? What forms ? For whom ? etc.
