Résumé
Among the wide and heterogeneous documentation on papyrus dealing with the explanation and interpretation of the Homeric poems, the glossaries represent the most widespread typology. This paper aims to illustrate the Homeric glossaries as textual typology and to offer an overview of the material, content-related and contextual aspects of this documentation. The final part of the seminar will focus on an unpublished fragment from the collection of the Institut français d'archéologie orientale, which contains a glossary to the Iliad.
