Thibaut Tuna holds a Master's degree in physics applied to the study of large-scale scientific research facilities and associated technologies (Université Pierre et Marie Curie - Paris 6). He followed this up with a PhD thesis on the fragmentation of carbonaceous molecules by high-speed atomic collision (Université Paris-Sud - Paris 11). In 2012, he joined the Climate and Ocean Evolution Chair at the Collège de France. Thibaut Tuna is in charge of the AixMICADAS gas pedal mass spectrometer dedicated to radiocarbon measurement.
