A doctoral student in law at Paris-Nanterre University since 2019, Mathilde Vigné is writing a thesis on " Le dommage environnemental en droit international " under the supervision of Pr Mathias Forteau. She holds a Master's degree in French Common Law (Université Paris-Nanterre) and an LLM in International Law & International Relations (University of Bristol). Mathilde Vigné was awarded a teaching and research contract and then an ATER contract at the University of Paris-Nanterre, during which she taught constitutional law, administrative law, the law of fundamental freedoms and public international law as a tutor. Her research focuses on general public international law, international environmental law and liability law. Mathilde Vigné has been an ATER with the International Law of Institutions Chair at the Collège de France since September 2023, and is currently completing her thesis.
