Ivan Krastev is President of the Centre for Liberal Strategies in Sofia, Bulgaria, and a permanent member of the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna, Austria. He is also a founding member of the European Council on Foreign Relations, a board member of the International Crisis Group and a regular contributor to The New York Times. He is the author of Est-ce déjà demain?
