Rémy Slama's opening lecture

Rémy Slama will give his opening lecture, entitled "Causes and external conditions of disease and health", on March 31, 2022 at 6pm at the Collège de France (Marguerite de Navarre amphitheater), and live on our website.

Rémy Slama is an environmental epidemiologist and Director of Research at Inserm. He studies the influence of environmental contaminants (air pollutants, endocrine disruptors, exposome), particularly in the context of early exposure, on human health.

He is invited for the year 2021-2022 on the Public Health Chair, a chair created in partnership with Santé publique France.

His lectures and seminars will start on April 6, 2022.

To mark this opening lecture, a selection of his publications is on display at the Collège de France's Bibliothèque Patrimoniale, and can be consulted on site.
