The three lectures given in Sophia-Antipolis will be devoted to the research-industry relationship in the development of synchronous languages for real-time systems and electronic circuits. The first will present the point of view of public research, the second that of industrial suppliers and customers, while the third will be devoted to difficult scientific problems posed by industry.
