The great English poet Geoffrey Hill will give a lecture in English in the form of an annotated reading of his poems. Professor Hill, who is also the author of major books on poetry, has taught at Cambridge and Boston universities. Among his books of poems translated into French: Scènes avec arlequins et autres poèmes (La Différence, 1998), Le Triomphe de l'amour (Cheyne, 2006); translations by René Gallet, prefaces by Michael Edwards.
