The CNRS and the Femmes & Sciences association are offering a new 2025 edition of La Science taille XX elles, the temporary exhibition showcasing women working in research and higher education, and deconstructing the gender stereotypes preventing young girls from embarking on a scientific career.
The CIRB (Centre interdisciplinaire de recherche en biologie du Collège de France) is proud to count Fekrije Selimi among the ambassadors of La Science taille XX elles, which celebrates women involved in research.
These ambassadors - researchers, teachers, engineers, technicians, doctoral students - will represent the wealth of scientific profiles and professions at the exhibition, which opens on September 12 2025, place Jean Jaurès in Montreuil (métro Mairie de Montreuil).
The exhibition will be inaugurated at 6:30pm on the same day, in the presence of photographer Vincent Moncorgé and the ambassadors (see schedule below).
- 6:30pm: Official speeches and tour of the exhibition in the presence of photographer Vincent Moncorgé and the ambassadors
- 7:15pm: Round-table discussion "Elles font la science!", moderated by Marie Treibert, science popularizer - Bibliothèque Robert Desnos, Montreuil
- 8:15pm: Cocktail reception
The event is open to all, free of charge.
