On the occasion of ERC* Week, Fekrije Selimi, winner of the ERC Consolidator 2016, presents her research work. She is currently Director of Research at the CNRS and has led a team based at the Collège de France since January 2011.
"Our team is interested in the molecular mechanisms controlling the formation of a functional brain. Answering this fundamental question will also enable us to better understand the mechanisms that may be deficient in neurodevelopmental diseases such as autism or schizophrenia."
