Every autumn since 2001, the Collège de France has organized a major interdisciplinary colloquium bringing together professors from the institution and researchers from France and abroad to discuss a different theme each year, sometimes involving major societal issues.
The works resulting from these colloquia are published in partnership with Éditions Odile Jacob.
