Biography
André Joffre is 67 years old. An arts and crafts engineer, he first worked in the solar subsidiary of Société Européenne de Propulsion (Safran group). He then set up TECSOL, which has become one of Europe's leading solar energy consultancies. At the same time, he has held a number of mandates: vice-president for industry at the Perpignan Chamber of Commerce and Industry; president of Enerplan, the national solar energy association; and president of a DERBI (Development of Renewable Energies in Industry and Construction) competitiveness cluster based in the Occitanie region.
He has been a director of Banque Populaire for over twenty years. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banque Populaire du Sud for twelve years.
Within the BPCE group, he has served as a member of the FNBP board, Chairman of the Fondation Banque Populaire and a member of the BPCE supervisory board.
