Abstract
At the museum, to see objects where they are, and where they are no longer, i.e. in the regions where they were taken. To enjoy the beauty and knowledge accumulated in our cities over the centuries, but to enjoy them with full knowledge of the facts, bearing in mind the conditions under which the objects were collected in asymmetrical economic, military and epistemological contexts. To make visible, so as to better master them, the internal contradictions and flagrant tensions that have plagued the very idea of the museum since its inception. To pay close attention, in this context, to the views and voices of the dispossessed.
