The aim of this lecture was to examine the shaping of the Exodus myth, as well as the socio-historical and ideological contexts that left their mark on this founding text of the Hebrew Bible and, subsequently, of Judaism. Following the previous year's examination of chapters 1-14, this lecture continued the analysis of the book of Exodus.
