Thematic tour

This visit is designed and organized in conjunction with the teacher's educational project. Teachers are offered personalized support to help them prepare their project.

Under its motto Docet Omnia, the Collège de France is a multi-disciplinary teaching center for " la recherche en train de se faire ". This cross-disciplinary approach and the constant renewal of its activities mean that students can tackle themes in a wide range of research fields, from the experimental sciences (chemistry, biology, physics, mathematics, computer science, astronomy) to the humanities (history, literature, law, economics, philosophy, anthropology).

The proposed tour combines a historical presentation of this place of memory and knowledge with time for discussion and dialogue with scientific teams from the Collège de France institutes and laboratories about their research and professional careers.

The themed tour also provides an opportunity to work in greater depth on the past or present figure of a Collège de France professor, with access to the institution's archives and rich heritage.
