Negar Naghavi

Dr Negar Naghavi is a research director at the CNRS. She obtained her PhD in Solid State Chemistry from the University of Picardie Jules-Verne, Amiens, in 2001. Until December 2016, she was in charge of the "Chalcogenide-based thin-film solar cell technologies" program at the Institut Photovoltaïque d'Île-de-France (IPVF). Between 2017 and 2021, she was in charge of the development of organic flow batteries at the joint Solvay-CNRS laboratory (E2P2L) in Shanghai (China). Since October 2021, she has been back at the IPVF where she is in charge of the institute's "Solar to Fuel" program.

Marc Robert

Marc Robert is a professor at Université Paris Cité and a senior member of the Institut Universitaire de France. With his team at the Molecular Electrochemistry Laboratory, he is developing fundamental work in the field of electron transfer chemistry, with applications in the activation of small molecules (mainlyCO2 and N2 ) for energy conversion and storage. In particular, he was awarded the first international Essential Molecules Challenge prize by Air Liquide in 2016, as well as the Chemistry and Energy Research prize from the Société Chimique de France in 2019.

Loïc Assaud

Loïc Assaud

Dr Loïc Assaud is a lecturer - HDR at the University of Paris-Saclay. His research focuses on the development and characterization of materials with electrocatalytic properties for electro(photo)catalysis and electrochemical energy storage and conversion. Loïc Assaud obtained his doctorate in materials science from the University of Aix-Marseille, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany). He is currently Director of the Institut de l'Énergie Soutenable (IES) at the University of Paris-Saclay.
