Gaëtan Masson

Gaëtan Masson

An electromechanical engineer from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium, Gaëtan Masson is the director and co-founder of the Becquerel Institute. After more than ten years in the finance and IT sectors, he turned to the photovoltaic industry and developed Business Intelligence for EPIA, the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (now SolarPower Europe). Since 2013, he has been Operating Agent for Task 1 of the International Energy Agency's PV Program (IEA PVPS). He is Vice-Chairman of the European PV Technology Platform and a member of the Scientific Committee of the EU-PVSEC and Intersolar Europe conferences. Since 2016, he has managed the strategy and content of SolarUNITED, the global PV industry and technology association.

Laetitia Brottier

Laetitia Brottier

After a double degree in engineering and entrepreneurship at the École Centrale Paris and a PhD in energy at the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, Laetitia Brottier came up with the DualSun hybrid concept and co-founded the company in 2010 to develop, industrialize and market the technology. At the end of 2013, DualSun was the first module to pass European certification. Today, she is responsible for innovation and research at DualSun.
