Every year, the Collège de France awards scientific prizes to researchers chosen for the excellence of their careers.

In 2024, the winners are:

  • The Collège de France Prize for Young Researchers 2024 is awarded to glaciologist Fanny Brun.
  • The Claude-Antoine Peccot course 2024 was awarded to Omar Mohsen and Cyril Letrouit. Each year, this lecture at the Collège de France rewards young mathematicians under the age of who have distinguished themselves in their field.
  • The Prix Lacassagne 2024 is awarded to Deborah Bourc'his, a biologist specializing in epigenetics. The Lacassagne Prize rewards the work and encourages the careers of young researchers in biology.
  • The Delheim Prize 2024 is awarded to Klervia Jaouen, a geochemist who applies her discipline to archaeology. The Delheim Prize is designed to encourage young biology researchers to work in the laboratories of the Collège de France on major challenges facing humanity.
  • The Anna Caroppo Scholarship - Fondation du Collège de France 2024 is awarded to Serena Causo, papyrologist. This fellowship supports talented young female researchers, enabling them to spend a year training through research with the Collège de France teams in the humanities and social sciences.
  • The Fondation Hugot du Collège de France Prize 2024 is awarded to François Ceccaldi, political scientist and historian, and Pegah Pournafaji, mathematician.

The prize will be presented at a ceremony on November 13, 2024 at the Collège de France.
