Fête de la science 2022

ChADoC

On Saturday, October 15 2022, the Collège de France joined in with its annual Fête de la science, opening its doors to more than 1 000 visitors.

For the seventh year running, young researchers from the Collège de France, grouped together in the ChADoC association (Chercheurs associés et doctorants du Collège de France), proposed a series of activities based on their research.

Scientific workshops showcased the many disciplines and fields for which the Collège de France is renowned : cold atom physics, social anthropology, energy storage, oncology and more.

A visit to a laboratory dedicated to the fight against cancer gave an insight into the daily lives of young biologists.

The humanities were also represented, with the Champollion 1822 exhibition and three guided tours.

The Collège de France's ephemeral souvenir store was also open to the public.

The Collège de France looks forward to welcoming even more of you next year at the Fête de la science 2023 !
