On the occasion of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the Institut français and the Collège de France, in partnership with ARTE, gave a voice to committed young people from the twenty-seven member states at a major evening debate on March 12, 2022, hosted by Nora Hamadi, journalist and presenter of the European magazine Vox Pop on ARTE.

Opened by the Administrator of the Collège de France and the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the debates brought together fifty young people from the twenty-seven countries of the European Union, who came to defend concrete public policy proposals for Europe, rooted in their experience of commitment. These proposals were then discussed with three leading figures from research and civil society: Samantha Besson, Professor at the Collège de France and holder of the International Law of Institutions Chair, Sébastien Maillard, Director of the Institut Jacques-Delors and Lluis Quintana-Murci, Professor at the Collège de France and holder of the Human Genomics and Evolution Chair.
