The second part of a seminar inaugurated in 2018-2019, this workshop aims to show how current research is taking up the question of translocations, understood as all "categories of appropriation of works of art and heritage at the expense of a weaker party, economically or militarily", in its multiple meanings and possible fields of application. The aim is to provide a forum for discussion for young researchers interested in this notion, whatever the chronological or geographical framework of their studies, and to build a collective reflection on the methods, concepts and interpretative tools mobilized in their work. Last year's projects will be revisited, and their most significant advances or specific issues will be discussed, while contributions on new subjects will shed new light on the four proposed research themes: "spoliations", "collections", "frictions" and "exhibitions".
