Abstract
Joint work with M. Broué, O. Dudas, J. Michel and R. Rouquier : we construct an action of the centralizer of an element of the braid group on the cohomology of the associated Deligne-Lusztig variety and study its properties (Frobenius action, compatibility with Deligne-Lusztig induction, translation by an element of the center...).
