I joined the CIRB in 2020 for my master's thesis, during which I worked on a model to predict how periodic bottlenecks impact the evolutionary trajectories followed by a microbial population. I am currently pursuing a PhD with the same supervisors (Amaury Lambert and François Blanquart), developing a stochastic model of bacterial pangenome evolution.
