Two new awards for Bénédicte Savoy

Bénédicte Savoy has been elected to the German Academy for Language and Literature and will also receive the Kythera Preis.

The German Academy for Language and Literature (Deutsche Akademie für Sprache und Dichtung) is made up of writers and academics, and awards Germany's most prestigious prize, the Georg-Büchner-Preis, every year.

In addition, on December 11, 2017 in Berlin, Bénédicte Savoy will receive the 2017 international "Kythera" prize (Kythera-Preis/PrixCythère) endowed with €25,000.

Since March 2017, Bénédicte Savoy has been a visiting professor on one of the Collège de France's five international chairs. Her field of research and lectures is devoted to the Cultural History of Artistic Heritages in Europe in the 18th-20th centuries.
