European Heritage Days 2018

During the weekend of September 15 and 16, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the Collège de France opened its doors and offered the following events :

Writing workshop

Writing in Phoenician

During the European Heritage Days, a workshop was held at the Collège de France, enabling children aged 8 and over, as well as adults, to discover and draw characters in this language, which is at the origin of our writing. The workshop was led by specialist researchers in the field.

Archaeology and the Bible : a dangerous encounter ?

On Sunday September 16, from 3 to 4 pm, the conference "Archéologie et Bible : une rencontre dangereuse ?" (Archaeology and the Bible: a dangerous encounter) took place. Interview with Prof. Thomas Römer by Caroline Lachowsky, RFI journalist and producer of the program Autour de la question.
