Challenges 2018 results
During the first part, some winners of the 2018 Challenges present their algorithms as well as the results obtained:
- Cyrille Delabre, winner France of the " Prediction of volatility on financial markets " proposed by Capital Fund Management ;
- Didier Gitton, winner of the challenge " Classification de stade de sommeil " proposed by Dreem ;
- Benoit Schmauch, winner of the " Genome-based disease prediction " challenge proposed by Owkin and Inserm ;
- Dan Constantini and Tom Hayat, winners of the " Celebrity identification " challenge proposed by Reminiz.
A prize-giving ceremony was held for the winners of the other challenges:
- Etienne Seckinger, winner of the challenge " Prediction of wind energy production " proposed by Engie ;
- Elie Salem, winner of the challenges (i) " Prediction of complaints during e-commerce transactions " proposed by PriceMinister - Rakuten France and (ii) " Prediction of expected response to pharmaceutical questions " proposed by Posos ;
- Omar Seck, winner of the challenge " Prediction of the winning team in an NBA game " proposed by LumenAI ;
- Adrien Le Franc, winner of the challenge " Predicting the energy performance of buildings " proposed by Oze-Energies ;
- Jonathan Siaut, winner of the challenges (i) " Prediction of publication approval " proposed by Dassault Systèmes and (ii) " Prediction of hourly electricity production by production unit in France " proposed by Wattstrat ;
- Hervé Durand, winner of the challenge " Prediction of residual oil saturation " proposed by IFPEN.
