Abstract

The process of globalization opens up unprecedented possibilities, but also poses threats to human beings and the ecosystem as a whole, provoking a sovereignist withdrawal in a world that is increasingly " disoriented ". So what place is there for legal humanism in global governance ? Mireille Delmas-Marty confronts the narrative of collapse with that of globality, a community of destiny united and supportive in its plurality. At the crossroads of national and international law, she revisits three avenues she explored almost ten years ago :resisting dehumanization, making global players accountable and anticipating future risks.
