11 place Marcelin-Berthelot - 75005 Paris

Preview screening of the documentary: Bio-inspired chemists, the hydrogen of tomorrow

followed by an interactive debate with the audience, moderated by Prof. Marc Fontecave, Chair of Chemistry of Biological Processes, with the participation of :
Vincent Artero, CEA researcher
Mathieu Chauvin, film director
Michel Vigneron, Inspecteur d'Académie - IPR for Physics and Chemistry - Académie de Versailles
Prof. Jean-Marie Tarascon, Chair of Sustainable development - Environment, energy and society

This 17-minute documentary, directed by Mathieu Chauvin and accessible to all, looks at discoveries in bio-inspired catalysis in the field of hydrogen. It offers a glimpse of industrial applications in hydrogen production and the manufacture of platinum-free fuel cells. This intelligent adventure is illustrated by experiments and 3D animations.
