Abstract
A brief review of the Malian government's efforts to organize its health sector program with the PTFs (technical and financial partners) to achieve better results, with mechanisms for greater aid effectiveness.
The current crisis, the measures taken by the PTFs, their impact on the population and on the healthcare system.
Lessons to be drawn from the behavior of partners (addressed to the international community and also to governments) in terms of behavior to avoid the perverse effects of choices made in supporting countries in the context of such crises.
